About

Originally from Cork, Ireland, I’ve been living in the beautiful Queenstown, NZ for the last 5 years. I got diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2009 at 23 years old. They say the final step in healing is to share what you’ve learned throughout your healing process to help others through theirs.

I have a passion for helping people. I hope, by sharing how I navigate life with a chronic illness, I will help and inspire others to live a fulfilling life. I choose to see my illness as a blessing. Because my body is so sensitive, I have had to learn to be very self aware in order to manage symptoms and feelings. I have picked up a lot of tips and tricks over the years and love the learning process. The more you grow, the more you want to grow.

I have had many chapters in my life: growing up undiagnosed, relationships, friendships, anxiety, stress management, studying, adjusting to a diagnosis, travelling, emigrating, career changes, marriage and family planning. Looking forward to sharing my chapters and to all the chapters to come.

I also offer one-to-one coaching sessions. For all enquiries please contact me here.
